C. Jenkin Builders have been a Company since 1997, prior to that our Managing Director had 20 years Building & Plumbing experience work in other Companies in North London.
Our staff team comprises of different tradesmen with time served learnt skills, who carry out our work to the highest standard. We have sign written clean tradesmen vehicles, we have uniforms for all our staff. Our staff are friendly and considerate whilst working in peoples homes.

How we estimate our work
We always give a written estimate for work which takes into account the time we think the job will take and the materials cost in carrying out the work. This is presented to the Customer via a written estimate with the items of work costed separately.
Is our work guaranteed?
For large projects we can arrange a guaranteed warranty for our work, usually our labour and materials for smaller jobs are guaranteed for 1 year.
